David Chipperfield och Antony Gormley, Sculpture for The Individual Experience of Architecture
Verket består av tre delar, Grottan, Scenen och Tornet. Alla tre delar har lika stor volym, men olika form. De tre delarna stöder varandra och är beroende av varandra för balans. Endast en person har tillträde i taget för att ge varje individ en egen upplevelse av hur rummet påverkar dem. Verket är 18 meter högt och innehåller 36 km armeringsjärn för stabilitet.
Verket är det första samarbetet mellan David Chipperfield och Antony Gormley någonsin.

The sculpture consist of three distinct parts, the Cave, the Stage and the Tower, each exactly the same volume, but different shapes. The three parts hold together in a delicate balance, each depending on the other for stability. Only one person at the time is admitted in order to give a truly individual experience of how the different spaces affect you. The sculpture is 60 ft high and is held together with 36 kilometers of iron rebar.
This is the first ever cooperation between David Chipperfield and Antony Gormley.
