Hans strikta stålkonstruktioner skapar spänning, rymd och nya volymer av tomrummen. Hubert Garnier är skulptör och arkitekt, bosatt och verksam i Châteauvert i södra Frankrike.

The bright yellow colour, the signature of Hubert Garnier, greets the visitor and marks the entrance to Kivik Art Centre. The construction of painted steel, 16 ft high, is the result of Hubert Garnier’s reduced forms that he has developed over time. His uncomplicated, straight forms create tensions and new forms of the empty spaces between them. Hubert Garnier is a sculptor and an architect, he lives and works in the small town of Châteauvert in the South of France.
